We are looking for an experienced Nursery Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursery, including the supervision of staff, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children, and developing and implementing educational programmes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, excellent organisational skills, and a commitment to providing a safe and stimulating environment for young children.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement nursery policies and procedures.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursery.

• Provide guidance and support to staff members.

• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.

• Maintain records of children's development and progress.

• Organise activities for children in line with the nursery's curriculum.

• Develop relationships with parents and other professionals involved in the care of children.
